Whitehouse Consultants was founded in the UK in 1991 and has always concentrated specifically on JD Edwards solutions. Within both the World and EnterpriseOne markets Whitehouse has built an excellent reputation for the quality of its consultants and the selection of complementary products and tools that unlock the real value of JD Edwards.

Whitehouse has been awarded the highest level of Oracle Partnership in recognition of our JD Edwards expertise in World and EnterpriseOne. Whitehouse was instrumental in helping JD Edwards establish its business in Europe. A close, mutually beneficial relationship developed from the start, with Whitehouse winning Partner of the Year a number of times. What does Certified Advantage Partner mean to our customers?

Benefits for customers in using Oracle’s recognised and certified partners is a matter of knowing that they are keeping their skills, knowledge and therefore competency current with Oracle's products. Partners are able to advise and implement the most up-to-date solutions for the customer, something that other less informed implementers and system integrators would not be able to do. Partners are assessed annually and must pass strict criteria to continue to operate as CAPs. These criteria include staff passing certification exams and the ability to show project implementation success during the year.

This means all Whitehouse’s customers can have justifiably high expectations of our service. Whitehouse has created an environment where our consultants are encouraged to develop their skills to the full and provides on-going education to ensure our consultants keep up to date with all the new releases, developments etc. from Oracle, as well as new technologies.

Whitehouse encourages its customers to participate in User Groups. These provide a forum for organisations to benchmark success, share ideas as well as providing an independent forum through which to keep the software manufacturer accountable to its promises.
