Technical Consultancy
We have a strong team of technical consultants working on EnterpriseOne. Our technical consultants carry out CNC tasks such as applying ESU/ASU/Service packs as well as more complex tasks such as upgrade planning, technical architecture design, technical audits and technical workshops.
Project Management
Project management is often the key to successful project implementation. Planning and control minimise the likelihood of time scale or budgetary overruns and ensures that the project goals are achieved. We will provide a fully certified Oracle consultant trained to guide you through the Oracle implementation approach and assist you in project managing your implementation
Whitehouse also provides technical project management for both JD Edwards World and EnterpriseOne. We can advise on all aspects of the technical project from inception to go-live.
Development
Whitehouse offers a development service utilising the EnterpriseOne programme toolkit and development guidelines, with a programming team experienced in tailoring EnterpriseOne applications software across a range of disciplines.
Our developers have gained an excellent reputation for designing, developing and installing enhanced functionality and integration with third party solutions for many JD Edwards customers. This is achieved by harnessing the power of the EnterpriseOne technology solutions which provide an interoperable backbone comprised of integrated tools, advanced middleware, and reusable business objects that speed solution development, deployment, and maintenance.

Bespoke Training
With bespoke training Whitehouse can provide company-specific training, either in the form of tailored courses, one-on-one coaching or standard courses at a more convenient location. Our specialist courses include the application areas of EnterpriseOne construction solution and property management.
Upgrades
Since JD Edwards joined the Oracle family of products, considerable enhancements have been made to both the World and EnterpriseOne products and the secure future of both product lines means that there has never been a better time to consider upgrading. The reduction in the total cost of ownership (TCO) over the last few releases, amongst other factors, gives some very compelling reasons to consider a strategy for the future.

JD Edwards World Services
The longevity of Whitehouse as a solution provider means that we have many years' experience working with JD Edwards World. Long-established customers may have been running the solution trouble-free for many years but may have overlooked the need for certain housekeeping procedures. With the 'age' of the product it can become increasingly difficult to find a level of technical proficiency to help with these tasks.
Our World skills include software upgrades, CISC to RISC migration, RPG development and system audits.
