Introduction
Whitehouse Consultants was founded in the UK in 1991 and has always concentrated specifically on JD Edwards solutions. Within both the World and EnterpriseOne markets Whitehouse has built an excellent reputation for the quality of its consultants and the selection of complementary products and tools that unlock the real value of JD Edwards.
Customer Value
Positive customer relationships are very important to Whitehouse, who is proud to offer some of the best skills available in the market. All Whitehouse consultants have built up business and management experience with industry sector expertise and, quite often, country-specific local knowledge. Add to this the selection of consultants with relevant project experience and application and/or technical expertise and you have in Whitehouse a powerful ally acting as your full or partial project team.
The Whitehouse project ethos is to listen effectively to the customer, examine the situation, and deliver solutions to meet the customer's needs. From the start of the relationship we aim to set realistic expectations about requirements and delivery. Whether we are providing full project management on a new implementation, or making a small change to an existing system, we know the importance of working on time and to budget.
Oracle Certified Advantage Partner Status
Whitehouse has been awarded the highest level of Oracle Partnership in recognition of our JD Edwards expertise in World and EnterpriseOne.
Whitehouse was instrumental in helping JD Edwards establish its business in Europe. A close, mutually beneficial relationship developed from the start, with Whitehouse winning Partner of the Year a number of times. What does Certified Advantage Partner mean to our customers? Having the highest partnership level with Oracle should provide a certain reassurance to our customers about our high service levels. As Oracle puts it:
“Customers should be aware that the higher the level of partner, the more these partners invest in keeping their skills and product knowledge up to date. Benefits for customers in using Oracle’s recognised and certified partners is a matter of knowing that they are keeping their skills, knowledge and therefore competency current with Oracle's products. Partners are able to advise and implement the most up-to-date solutions for the customer, something that other less informed implementers and system integrators would not be able to do.
“Certified Advantage Partners ensure that they keep their skills current via a several methods, this includes partner forums, awareness events, OPN Competence Centre Training, regular review meetings, and assessment. CP partners are required to have less qualified personnel than CAP partners, thus in theory the higher the level the more resource capability they have. CPs and CAP Partners are assessed annually and must pass strict criteria to continue to operate as CAPs, this criteria includes staff passing certification exams and the ability to show project implementation success during the year.
“Certified Advantage Partner is Oracle’s highest membership level. Certified Advantage Partners consistently demonstrate their commitment to Oracle. Companies will receive the highest level of recognition, engagement and dedicated account management when they reach this level.
This means all Whitehouse’s customers can have justifiably high expectations of our service. Whitehouse has created an environment where our consultants are encouraged to develop their skills to the full and provides on-going education to ensure our consultants keep up to date with all the new releases, developments etc. from Oracle, as well as new technologies.
This contributes to Whitehouse meeting its aim to develop lasting client relationships by always offering the best consultants.
