RFgen is an Oracle certified data capture product, which gives a ready to deploy, but fully configurable solution for data capture, bar coding, RFID and labelling needs. With over 70 standard transactions for JD Edwards World and EnterpriseOne, the improvements that can be made using data capture are easier to achieve than ever. The solution allows rapid configuration to the customer’s specific needs and supports future flexibility as requirements develop and change.
The transactions are release independent (XE to 8.12 / A7.3) and are compliant with the JD Edwards processing options. The power of the solution means that both RF online and ‘high availability’ off-line modes of working can be deployed. Labelling can be generated from within the RFgen transactions or from JD Edwards itself. For mobile requirements, devices can be used remotely from the ERP system where the physical transactions take place. These transactions can then be uploaded when connected via a wireless LAN or a 3G network.
